Aruba Timeshares

Aruba is a small Caribbean island with great weather and beautiful beaches. Featuring a dryer climate than most of the rest of the Caribbean, you can enjoy your vacation without the humidity. And to enjoy your vacation even more, if you are thinking about visiting, you may want to look into some of the Aruba timeshares that are available.

If you are a regular visitor to Aruba, you’ll probably want to think about buying your own Aruba timeshare, but for most folks renting one is probably going to be the right way to go. And while the island is only 21 miles long, it has quite a few timeshares dotted about the Southern and Western coasts of the island, close to Aruba’s delightful white sand beaches.

In addition to lazing around on the beach and swimming in the ocean, there’s all kinds of water sports you can enjoy in Aruba — everything from scuba diving and snorkeling (the Caribbean waters are great for snorkeling!), deep sea fishing, sailing and various. But if you love to golf, it probably won’t take much to get you to leave the beach. Aruba has lots of great golf courses, particularly the country’s most renowned golf course, Tierra del Sol.

So let’s take a look at some of the timeshares in Aruba, so you can figure out where you’d like to stay on your next vacation. Here’s just a small sampling of the various Aruba timeshare resorts to consider.

LA Cabana Beach & Racquet Club

If you are a Bluegreen owner, you’re in luck. There is a great resort and Bluegreen timeshare on Eagle Beach in Aruba. In addition to enjoying the oceanfront location for water sports, the resort also has lots of other sports activities, particularly tennis, racquetball and volleyball (both for the beach and the pool!). Don’t like competitive sports? Maybe you would just like to work out in their excellent fitness center then. Or arrange a day out horseback riding.

With a day spa on site, a game room for the kids, seven restaurants and a small convenience store, you never actually have to leave the resort. But if you do like to go sightseeing and do some shopping on your vacation, you’re situated in Oranjestad, the capital city of Aruba, so shopping excursions are close at hand.

Caribbean Palm Village

Caribbean Palm Village is another timeshare resort located near Oranjestad. It’s about a mile from the beach and features large one or two bedroom accommodations. The one bedroom units are 900 sq. feet, which is huge! The resort features two swimming pools, a tennis court and a pool bar and restaurant. This is a quiet resort and if you are planning on spending much time at the beach, it is probably a good idea to rent a car.

Divi Resorts in Aruba

Divi Resorts is a Caribbean timeshare company with resorts all over the Caribbean and they have three different Aruba timeshares, all located on the western coast of the island. There’s the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach resort, a beachfront high rise resort; the Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort at Druif Beach, with its own 9 hole golf course; the Divi Dutch Village, an all-suite resort, is located near the Divi Village golf resort.

You’ll find a variety of accommodation sizes at the different Divi resorts, from Studio suites to two bedroom suites. And reservations are available for non-owners directly from the resort, so don’t feel like you have to go through RedWeek or something to book. Just call the resorts themselves.

Well I hope this gives you an idea of some of your options for timeshares in Aruba. This is just a small sampling of some of the resorts located here and I’m sure you’ll find many more great places to create some holiday memories. You may even find yourself deciding to buy an Aruba timeshare so you’ll be able to return to this beautiful Caribbean island paradise year after year.
