The Disney Vacation Club is the very special timeshare membership program run by Disney. With several vacation club resorts located at Walt Disney World in Florida, and additional resorts in the works for Disneyland in California and also in Hawaii, it is probably one of the best timesharing mini-systems that you could buy into... as long as you love Disney, of course!

With most of the Disney Vacation Club properties officially sold out, the only way to get older resorts like Old Key West, Boardwalk Villas or the Beach Club is to buy them from a former owner. You can sometimes find pretty good resale deals on DVC on auction and occasionally even the resorts that Disney is still officially selling become available for resale -- such as Saratoga Springs and Animal Kingdom Villas.
