Florida probably has more timeshares within its borders than the rest of the continental US combined. All of the big hotel chains own resorts in Florida and of course there are tons of smaller resort properties as well.

Whether you visit Florida to see Mickey Mouse, prefer to go golfing, spend most of your time at the beach, or like the shopping and nightlife in Miami, there is absolutely a timeshare resale that is just right for you. There are even some great timeshares located in Key West.

If you're a snowbird, you could probably even find a way to spend most of the winter going from one timeshare to the next and picking up your timeshare deals on auction. Just watch out that those maintenance fees don't spoil the bargains.
